I am Chef Jatin Suri, founder of Casa 21 in Dubai and Condiments Catering Services LLC. For the past 4 years, I have successfully run CASA 21 in Dubai. I come from a traditional North Indian family and grew up in New Delhi, India. My passion for the culinary arts began in childhood, though my parents weren’t keen for me to pursue it. After completing university, I joined my family business, which also included hotels and restaurants in India. But destiny had other plans for me.
It was only after moving to Dubai that I fully embraced my passion, opening restaurants and establishing Condiments Catering Services LLC, which I have successfully run for more than 10 years. Along the way, I mastered my craft through a hotel management program and an extensive culinary course at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona in Spain. My philosophy is to blend exquisite flavors with impeccable presentation, ensuring every dining experience is truly memorable.

With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, I have built my career on a deep passion for food, flavors, and hospitality. My journey began in India, where I co-founded and managed restaurants, before moving to Dubai to establish Condiments Catrring, a speciality catering business that has been running successfully for the past eight years. In addition to catering, I launched Five Spice, a cloud kitchen to bring innovative menus to a wider audience and for the last five years, I have been running Casa21, a much-loved supper club in Dubai, curating intimate dining experiences that bring people together around food. My culinary path has also been shaped by international training and courses in Spain, Thailand, and India, which have broadened my perspective on techniques, global cuisines, and the art of blending tradition with innovation. At the heart of everything I do, is a commitment to creating memorable experiences through food..whether it’s reimagining classics, experimenting with flavors, or telling a story on the plate.
